Avrai un ruolo chiave nello sviluppo del mercato italiano. Ti confronterai direttamente con imprenditori e responsabili aziendali per comprenderne le esigenze, presentare il valore della soluzione e guidare il processo decisionale fino alla chiusura della vendita. Entrerai a far parte di un progetto strategico in un mercato in espansione, con l'opportunità di contribuire alla definizione delle migliori pratiche commerciali fin dalle prime fasi.

Attività

Sviluppare nuove opportunità commerciali attraverso di prospecting via telefono, email, LinkedIn e networking.

Gestire e qualificare i contatti in ingresso, concentrandoti sulle opportunità con un reale potenziale di business.

Analizzare le esigenze dei clienti, per comprendere come opera il merchant, ostacoli che incontra e i vantaggi di cui potrebbe beneficiare.

Collaborare con il team Commerciale trasferendo opportunità qualificate per le fasi di presentazione e negoziazione.

Aggiornare e monitorare la pipeline attraverso il CRM.

Condividere insight e feedback di mercato per supportare la crescita del business.

Requisiti

Esperienza di 1-3 anni nelle vendite, Sales Development o Business Development.

Costituisce titolo preferenziale l'esperienza nei settori fintech, pagamenti, SaaS o soluzioni ePOS.

Forte orientamento al raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali.

Ottime capacità di comunicazione e relazione con il cliente.

Familiarità con strumenti di prospecting come LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Kaspr, Pharow o equivalenti.

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese; il francese è considerato un plus.
