Hotel Receptionist – Rotating Shifts (Including Nights)
We are looking for an experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our front office team. The role involves working rotating shifts, including night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and managing check-in/check-out
- Handling reservations by phone, email and online booking platforms
- Assisting guests throughout their stay
- Managing cash transactions and basic administrative duties
- Overseeing the hotel during night shifts
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist is essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluent English is essential, plus at least one additional language
- Good computer skills; experience with hotel management systems is an advantage
- Reliable, able to work independently, and capable of handling emergencies
- Availability to work rotating day and night shifts
