pEletech Innovation in Electronics part of Elemaster Group Electronic Technologies, is looking for: /ppbr / /ppstrongTEST ENGINEERING HW TEAM LEADER /strong /ppbr / /ppstronguMission /u: /strong /pulliThe Hardware Development Team Leader is responsible for coordinating the hardware development activities within the Test Engineering organization, ensuring project objectives are achieved in terms of schedule, cost, quality, and technical performance. The role acts as the primary technical and operational reference for the hardware development team and for the extended network of developers contributing to Test Engineering projects. /li /ulpbr / /ppstronguDepartment /u: /strong /pulliTest Engineering in the International Design Center for the development and maintenance of Test Equipment for manufacturing. /li /ulpbr / /ppstronguJob Description /u /strong /pulliCoordinate the day-to-day activities of the Hardware Development team, communicating priorities and execution plans based on the roadmap defined with the Test Engineering Manager. /liliMonitor workload, progress, and project execution to ensure commitments are met within agreed schedules and budgets. /liliIdentify potential bottlenecks, risks, and resource constraints, proposing and implementing corrective actions when required. /liliFoster effective collaboration among internal resources, external suppliers, consultants, and partner organizations involved in project execution. /liliEnsure hardware development activities are delivered according to project requirements, quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines.
/liliMonitor project scope and proactively identify scope changes or deviations from baseline requirements. /liliCommunicate scope changes and their potential impacts to Project Managers and the Test Engineering Manager. /liliSupport the Test Engineering Manager in resource planning, allocation, and prioritization across multiple concurrent projects. /liliProvide visibility on project status and workload distribution /liliActively contribute to critical development activities and provide hands-on technical support when required. /liliGuide the team through technical challenges, design reviews, validation activities, and troubleshooting efforts. /liliPromote the adoption of engineering best practices, development standards, and company procedures. /liliCollect feedback from team members and project stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities. /liliCapture, document, and promote lessons learned from completed projects. /liliContribute to the continuous evolution of Test Engineering methodologies and tools. /li /ulpbr / /ppstronguRequirements /u: /strong /pulliDegree in Electronic Engineering / Mechatronics / Automation / Information Technology or equivalent culture.
/liliPrevious experience of at least 5 years in the development of testing solutions dedicated to electronic devices. /liliProven experience in hardware development for industrial electronic systems, automated test equipment, or similar engineering environments. /liliExperience leading technical teams and coordinating multidisciplinary project activities. /liliExperience managing external suppliers, contractors, and engineering partners /liliStrong knowledge of analog and digital electronic design. /liliExperience with electronic design and schematic capture tools. /liliSolid understanding of hardware integration, validation, and production release processes. /liliResults-oriented mindset with strong accountability for project execution. /liliEffective communication skills with both technical and managerial stakeholders. /liliStructured problem-solving approach. /liliAbility to work in a dynamic environment with multiple parallel projects and stakeholders /liliAbility to analyze technical requirements and translate them into effective development plans. /liliFamiliarity with design-for-manufacturing and industrialization principles is considered an advantage /liliKnowledge of programming languages and environments: National Instrument TestStand and LabView, Python /liliSW HW development and lifecycle management. /liliKnowledge of National Instruments test and measurement systems. /liliKnowledge of the Office package. /liliFluent written and spoken English. /li /ul
