Prior experience can be either in SAP Finance or SD/Billing areas. /pp - Responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Document and Reporting /ppCompliance (DRC) solutions to ensure full compliance with Italy statutory, tax, and /ppe‑Invoicing regulations. /pp - Requires strong SAP S/4HANA Finance or SD functional expertise and hands-on /ppexperience in Italy legal reporting and electronic compliance frameworks. /pp - Specific experiences or processes expected for Italy: /ppo Fattura PA /ppo SDI / Sistema di Interscambio (end to end including handling SDI rejections) /ppo Codice Destinatario /ppo Posta Elettronica Certificata /ppo B2B, B2G, and B2C e-Invoicing in Italy /ppo Codice Fiscale and Partita IVA /ppKey Responsibilities – SAP DRC (Italy) /pp - Lead end-to-end SAP DRC implementations for Italy on SAP S/4HANA (On-Premise or /ppRISE). /pp - Configure SAP DRC components including e‑Document Framework, statutory reporting, /ppand e‑Invoicing scenarios. /pp - Ensure compliance with Italy VAT, tax reporting, audit, and legal archiving /pprequirements. /ppFunctional Expertise /pp - Strong hands-on functional experience in SAP FI: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, /ppAccounts Payable, Asset Accounting, and Tax. /pp - Good understanding of SAP SD billing processes and their integration with statutory /ppreporting and compliance. /pp - Ability to analyze Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes from a Italy regulatory /ppand compliance perspective. /pp - Implement and support country specific e Invoicing requirements (e.G., Europe, LATAM, /ppAPAC as applicable). /pp - Candidate must be able to support: /ppo XML generation and validation /ppo Digital signatures /ppo QR code generation (where mandated)



/ppo Real time or near real time tax authority integration /pp - Design and manage integration between: /ppo SAP S/4HANA FI / SD / MM /ppo SAP DRC /ppo Tax Authority Platforms /ppo Third party compliance providers (e.G., government portals or middleware tools) /pp - Coordinate with SAP Basis and Integration teams for Connectivity, Certificates, Security /ppand authorizations etc. /pp - Peppol e‑Invoicing Knowledge /pp - Good understanding of the Peppol network and its role in electronic invoicing within /ppItaly and the European Union. /pp - Experience or conceptual knowledge of Peppol BIS standards, structured invoice /ppformats, and interoperability requirements. /pp - Ability to support integration of SAP DRC with Peppol‑based access points or service /ppproviders, where applicable. /pp - Testing involves an e2e flow with Peppol. /ppSpecifications, Documentation Testing /pp - Prepare and maintain Functional Specifications, compliance design documents, and /ppstatutory mapping documents. /pp - Define test scenarios and support System Integration Testing (SIT) for SAP DRC and /ppe‑Invoicing flows. /pp - Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with Finance and Tax business users, /ppincluding defect analysis and resolution. /ppGo‑Live Support /pp - Support cutover activities, go‑live, and hypercare for Italy entities. /pp - Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP DRC, including analysis of rejected invoices /ppor statutory reports. /pp - Proactively support regulatory changes and ensure continued compliance with evolving /ppItaly e‑Invoicing mandates. /ppMandatory Skills Experience /pp - Hands-on experience with SAP DRC in a Italy regulatory context. Experience with other /ppcountries within Europe is acceptable. /pp - Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. /pp - Must have very good collaboration skills as this implementation involves interacting /ppand dealing with different stakeholders (like Tax, Finance, and Legal teams). /p
