What you'll do

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and needs.
Collaborate closely with the product development team to ensure that client feedback is integrated into product enhancements and new offerings.
Analyze market trends and client data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in product offerings.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for development.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and ensure a unified approach to client engagement.
Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all client projects are completed on time and within budget.




Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Facilitate training sessions for clients to help them maximize the value of Smartbox products.
Assist in the negotiation of contracts and renewals, ensuring that both client and company interests are met.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights that will enhance Smartbox's competitive edge.
Lead cross-functional meetings to align internal stakeholders on client objectives and project statuses.
Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into Smartbox's systems and processes.
Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a related field, preferably within the consumer goods or e-commerce sectors.
Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and delivering exceptional customer service.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.




Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems to track client interactions and project progress.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian or other languages is a plus.
Nice to have

Experience in the travel, leisure, or experience gift sectors would be advantageous.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
Previous experience working with international clients or in a multicultural environment.
A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Skills & tools

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
Experience with project management software such as Asana, Trello, or similar tools.
Knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative materials for clients.
Practical notes

This position is based in Milan, and candidates should be prepared for occasional travel to meet clients or attend industry events.
