/liliMonitoring change in our scope of work and pricing of variations. /liliPreparing and agreeing Monthly progress applications. /liliFinancial and contractual control of sub-contractor accounts. /liliIssuing of contractual notices and evaluate loss and expense/acceleration claims. /liliProviding fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimates. /liliPreparation of monthly commercial project reports. /liliProvide Data and analysis of issues risks as required by Management. /liliManaging and forecasting of project Cash flows. /liliLiaising with the client, main contractor and other departments. /liliAll other duties associated with this role. /li /ulpbEssential Criteria For The Role /b /pulliAcademically (Degree) qualified and/or relevant experience in the industry /lili5+ years’ experience in a QS role or engineering role with good commercial exposure /liliA wide understanding of subcontracts /liliWe are looking for candidates from CSA and MEP discipline areas. /liliGood with Figures /liliAble to negotiate with clients and subcontractors on a professional level /liliExperience in use of Excel a requirement (SAP experience an advantage) /liliExcellent Analytical and problem-solving skills /liliHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail /liliMust have fluency in written and spoken English for this QS Job /li /ulpbMercury is an equal opportunities employer /b /ppbApply Now /b /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
