/li liNegotiation of contractual terms with clients /li liProviding overviews of contract TCs and associated issues to senior management and execution teams, as applicable /li liIdentification of contractual risks for inclusion in the risk management process /li liSupport Supply Chain and other functions in drafting and developing prime contract flow down terms to be incorporated in to purchase orders and subcontracts. /li liPreparation, negotiation establishment and administration of Joint Venture and / or Partnering agreements /li liThe provision of contractual interpretation advice, as required. /li liSupport Treasury in the timely provision of commercial deliverables (e.g. bonds, PCG's, evidence of insurance) in accordance with contract requirements and Wood Policies. /li liProvision of contractual inputs to Commercial Handovers, including mitigations and actions required by Contracting Policy approvals. /li liSupporting Subcontracts and Procurement Department during negotiation with subcontractors / suppliers. /li liDrafting / commenting on license agreements where Wood acts as licensor. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Law /li liLegally qualified (preferred but not required) /li /ul h3Knowledge, Skills And Experience /h3 ul liExperience and proven track record of contract review, drafting and negotiation: 5+ years /li liRelevant Client Facing Contracting Experience: 3-5+ years /li liIn addition to undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience, the individual should have work experience in the industry which would allow understanding of and exposure to key contracting principles /li liWorking knowledge of contract terms, contract principles and drafting and roll out of contracting policies /liliWorking knowledge of the Company Finance and HR systems /li liAwareness of all relevant corporate and project procedures /li liExcellent understanding of Client contract structures, principles, and policies /li liEnglish fluent; Italian good /li /ul h3Personal Attributes /h3 ul liUtmost integrity /li liExcellent negotiating skills /li liExcellent oral and written communication skills /li liPlanning and organizational skills /li liStrong client (internal and external) focus and ability to build relationships and trust /li liContribute to the overall continuous improvement process /li liTeam player /li liProactive attitude /li liAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships /li liAbility to work to deadlines /li /ul h3Contract Classification /h3 ul liContract type:
