Overview Prometeia seeks a professional to join its Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance team, which serves financial intermediaries across Italy. The role focuses on strategic business planning, M&A; advisory, and transformation management for national?territory clients. Responsibilities * Analyze operating contexts of client companies, including historical performance and industry trends. * Support the creation of asset and economic?financial projections. * Help identify KPIs for monitoring business performance. * Assess the economic value of banking and industrial operators, business units, and portfolios in extraordinary transactions. * Draft functional documents for commercial development and provide independent expert opinions. * Prepare estimation models and conduct quantitative analyses of economic, financial, and asset elements.



* Use software and data?provider platforms to support valuation analyses. Qualifications * Master's degree with high honors in business, finance, economics, or engineering. * At least 2–3 years of experience in a related field. * Knowledge of the local banking and financial sector (preferred). * Fluency in English; a second foreign language is a plus.
