You are welcomed here as you bring: * 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (preferable at a staffing agency); * Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices); * Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search); * Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews; * Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels; * Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
