/pp About the Role /pp The Technical Support Specialist – Flying Doctor is an after?sales role focused on hands?on technical support and field assistance for the Italian dealer network.
/pp The role supports Workshops with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, both remotely and on?site when necessary.
It is a practical, operational position designed for a technically minded professional who enjoys working directly with vehicles and service teams.
/pp Key Responsibilities /pp Technical Support Field Assistance /pulli Provide technical after?sales support to Italian dealers and service centres.
/lili Assist with vehicle fault diagnosis on mechanical, electrical, electronic and EVs systems.
/lili Support workshops through remote technical assistance (calls, diagnostic data, fault descriptions).
/lili Perform on?site technical support visits when issues cannot be resolved remotely ("flying doctor" activities).
/lili Escalate complex or unresolved cases with HQ technical staff.
/lili Collect and document field issues, repair feedback, and technical data from the Italian market.
/lili Support warranty, quality, and technical investigations with accurate and timely information.
