Experteer Overview As Marketing & Communications Manager for Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina, you will shape the resort's launch and ongoing storytelling as a premier luxury alpine destination. You will lead integrated marketing, PR, partnerships and CSR, ensuring alignment with Mandarin Oriental standards. This pre-opening role focuses on raising awareness, coordinating high-profile events and media activity to drive long-term commercial success. You will work closely with cross?functional teams to deliver a compelling market launch and sustained brand presence. Retribuzione / Benefits * Develop and implement pre-opening marketing and communications strategy in line with MO Corporate * Create and execute launch campaigns across domestic and international markets * Produce marketing and PR collateral (press kits, fact sheets, bios, presentations, brand messaging) * Build relationships with media, luxury publications, tourism boards, influencers and partners * Coordinate pre-opening media visits, influencer stays, familiarisation trips and events * Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Operations and Corporate teams for a cohesive market launch * Plan and execute opening events and high-profile promotional activities * Oversee integrated marketing and communications strategies aligned with brand standards * Manage PR activities, media engagement and external communications * Develop compelling content (press releases, newsletters, speeches, presentations, promos) * Ensure consistent brand positioning and voice across channels * Partner with Digital Marketing on website content, email, CRM and social campaigns * Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations * Maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers,



authorities and luxury brand partners * Coordinate media inquiries, interviews, visits, photography and video production * Manage PR agencies and crisis communications when needed * Develop CSR initiatives aligned with MO sustainability commitments * Build partnerships with local organisations and stakeholders * Plan and evaluate marketing events, activations and VIP experiences * Manage budgets, logistics, suppliers and timelines for events * Ensure compliance with MO brand guidelines across all activities * Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Revenue, Spa, F&B; and Corporate teams * Develop strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility * Manage external agencies and suppliers for quality and cost efficiency Responsabilità * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management or related field * Minimum 5 years in Marketing & Communications within luxury hospitality or premium brands * Pre-opening experience highly desirable * Proven integrated marketing, PR, partnerships and brand communications expertise * Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality marketing trends and guest engagement * Excellent copywriting, storytelling and presentation skills * Experience managing media relations, events, influencer collaborations and partnerships * Strong commercial acumen with ability to analyze campaign performance * Excellent project management, organizational and leadership skills * Creative, proactive and detail-oriented * Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills * Fluency in English and Italian; other languages advantageous Requisiti fondamentali * learning & development programmes * MOstay for staff * health & wellbeing initiatives * Colleague Comfort benefits * duty meals and staff accommodations * competitive salary and benefits #J-*****-Ljbffr
