A Day in the Life
Questa è un'entusiasmante opportunità per entrare a far parte del team Neuromodulazione in Italia come stagista e acquisire esperienza pratica nel coordinamento di progetti, nelle operations aziendali e nel marketing in ambito sanitario.
Lavorando a stretto contatto con il Country Business Leader e il team Customer Marketing, supporterai iniziative strategiche e operative volte a favorire le performance aziendali e a migliorare il coinvolgimento dei clienti.
Il presente stage offre una preziosa esposizione al settore delle tecnologie medicali, consentendoti di sviluppare competenze pratiche nella gestione di progetti, nella comunicazione e nella collaborazione interfunzionale.
Dettagli del tirocinio
Data di inizio: settembre ****
Sede: Lombardia, preferibilmente Milano
Durata: 6 mesi, con possibilità di proroga per ulteriori 6 mesi
Orario di lavoro: 40 ore settimanali, con flessibilità durante i periodi di esami e ferie
Modalità di lavoro: ibrida (1–2 giorni alla settimana in ufficio)
Le responsabilità potranno includere, a titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo
Supportare il Country Business Leader e il team Customer Marketing nel coordinamento di progetti tattici allineati alle principali priorità di business della divisione Neuromodulazione in Italia
Supportare la pianificazione e il coordinamento amministrativo di eventi, sponsorizzazioni, corsi di formazione per professionisti sanitari (HCP) e altre attività aziendali, nel rispetto delle procedure interne
Contribuire al monitoraggio dell'avanzamento dei progetti e alla preparazione di aggiornamenti sullo stato di avanzamento, report e presentazioni per gli stakeholder interni
Supportare l'adozione e l'utilizzo efficace di strumenti e processi aziendali all'interno dell'organizzazione
Collaborare alla pianificazione, al coordinamento e all'esecuzione dei progetti, lavorando con team interfunzionali per garantire il completamento puntuale delle principali iniziative
Conoscenze e competenze richieste
Essere attualmente iscritti a un corso di laurea triennale o magistrale, preferibilmente all'ultimo anno, oppure essersi laureati di recente in Economia, Business, Marketing, Giurisprudenza, Biotecnologie o discipline affini
Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese, sia scritta sia parlata
Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel, PowerPoint e Word
Spiccate capacità comunicative e di lavoro in team, con attitudine a collaborare efficacemente con stakeholder diversi
Interesse per il settore sanitario, le tecnologie medicali, il miglioramento dei processi o le operations aziendali,



unito a un approccio intraprendente e orientato all'apprendimento
Familiarità con strumenti e concetti di Intelligenza Artificiale (AI)
Costituirà titolo preferenziale
Capacità di sviluppare agenti di Intelligenza Artificiale (AI Agents) per l'esecuzione di attività specifiche
Precedente esperienza di tirocinio, progetto universitario o attività extracurricolare in ambito coordinamento di progetti, business analysis, marketing o amministrazione
