/p h3Quality Assurance Manager /h3 h3Bari Factory - SKF Automotive Business /h3 pThe Quality Assurance Manager reports to the Factory Manager and is part of the factory leadership team.
The role is responsible for the factory's overall quality performance and positions quality as a key driver of transformation, competitiveness, and growth.
/p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ulliDrive quality performance and customer satisfaction by representing the voice of the customer, managing audits, and supporting sales on quality issues.
/liliMaintain and strengthen the quality system by ensuring compliance with processes, products, and regulations.
/liliContribute to industrialization projects from design to production launch, ensuring robust technical choices and successful launches.
/liliManage the extended quality chain, including supplier quality, risk management, and product/process changes.
/liliAccelerate continuous improvement by deploying the quality roadmap, leading improvement plans, monitoring KPIs, and supporting SPS certification.
/li /ul h3Team management /h3 pThe role directly manages a team of two staff members covering metrology, supplier quality, incoming inspection, and quality assurance.




/p h3Requirements /h3 ulliStrong leadership and change management skills.
/liliAn engineering background or equivalent experience in quality, industrial performance, or a technical field.
/liliProven experience in an automotive environment.
/liliKnowledge of IATF ***** and supplier audit frameworks.
/liliFamiliarity with 5S, Lean management, and continuous improvement methods.
/liliStrong communication, analytical, organizational, and English language skills.
