Your role at KIKO MILANO
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Artworker to join KIKO MILANO’s Graphic Team, reporting to the Senior Visual Design Manager. The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end artwork production process, transforming creative concepts and layouts into high-quality, production-ready assets across all brand touchpoints, while ensuring full alignment with KIKO MILANO’s visual identity and global brand guidelines.
The candidate will act as a key reference point for artwork execution and production excellence, ensuring technical accuracy, consistency, and quality throughout all stages of the process. The role requires strong expertise in print production, colour management, digital adaptation, and collaboration with internal teams, external suppliers, and international markets.
In particular, you will:
- Own the creation, review, and final approval process of artwork files, ensuring accuracy, technical compliance, and readiness for production.
- Manage the full lifecycle of artwork files, from initial layout adaptation through final delivery, maintaining an organized archive and ensuring traceability of all assets.
- Produce final artwork for both print and digital formats, providing technical guidance and solutions to ensure the highest quality standards and timely delivery to KIKO vendors.
- Adapt visual layouts for Baseline, Collections,
Sale & Promotional campaigns, and independently manage the adaptation of complex visual assets for all POP materials, including window posters, digital windows, stop rayons, crowners, display labels, and other in-store assets across KIKO markets.
- Act as a technical partner for Graphic Designers and cross-functional teams, providing expertise on feasibility, production requirements, materials, and print processes.
- Review and assess colour proofs, taking ownership of colour consistency and print quality, collaborating with suppliers and vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Support and oversee the POP print production process, preparing technically accurate print and digital files, reviewing supplier specifications, managing proof approvals, providing constructive feedback, and confirming final outputs.
- Review and validate final artworks received from franchisees and partners, ensuring compliance with KIKO MILANO’s visual identity and brand guidelines across all markets.
- Develop and coordinate the 360° presentation of Promotional and Sale materials, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Share expertise and best practices with the wider Graphic Team, supporting continuous improvement of artwork processes and workflows.
What you will need to succeed
- At least 5-7 years on the pre-print field, creating and managing final artworks files,
from lay-out to print production.
- Graphic Design or Graphic Arts Bachelor Degree.
- Master in Visual Arts / Communication, is a plus.
- Utmost attention to color with a keen eye for detail.
- Expert level of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator e Acrobat Professional).
- Expertise in pre-flight & pre-print for print-ready files to blue prints.
- Knowledge of offset printing process, digital printing process and colour management.
- Excellent presentation skills is a plus.
- Nice to have, video editing & motion graphics software.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
