JOB MISSION
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Treasury Department while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability.
As our Treasury Specialist, you will ensure correct and sustainable use of financial resources and control of the conditions applied by the banking system.
What You Will Do

- Local and International Customers’ payment by cheques posting
- Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) Direct Debit and local Ricevute Bancarie (RiBa) customers’ payment postings
- Customers’ statements clearing, matching and reconciliation
- SEPA Direct Debit (SDD) Mandate management and recording
- E-Commerce sales and customers’ statement accounting, matching and bookkeeping reconciliation. This includes a direct and specific responsibility on credit note processing for short shipments, damaged products etc., and following payment procedure
- Check the conditions applied by the banking system in relation to the above tasks

Who You Are

- Experience of using accounting packages (ideally Sage)



and 1-2 years of accounting experience; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- It will be appreciated also the experience of using treasury programs (Piteco in particular).
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office software is required with an emphasis on Excel spreadsheet application.
- Educated to degree level, or equivalent work experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally
- Strong organizational skills, with an ability to juggle a number of tasks under pressure
- Personable, engaging individual who has the ability to add value to the overall team effort
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Be a self-starter and highly motivated person, capable of working independently, yet collaboratively, within a fast-paced environment, truly able to work in teams
- Fluent Italian and English (both written and spoken) is necessary and the knowledge of other languages will be considered as a plus.

This position is primarily designed for recent graduates, with no or little experience. However, candidates with exceptional relevant experience between 6 and 12 months may also be considered, with the possibility of a 12-month fixed-term contract and a salary of up to €33,000 gross annual.
