/b /ph3MISSION RESPONSIBILITIES /h3pAs part of the Finance team, the Accounting Tax Coordinator will play a key role in managing accounting operations and tax compliance, contributing to regulatory adherence and the continuous improvement of administrative processes.
The main responsibilities are: /pulliCoordinate and control monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings for these entities /liliPrepare and record adjusting entries, accruals, prepayments, and depreciation /liliSupport monthly closings and preparation of monthly/quarterly Financial Statements /liliManage and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts for foreign subsidiaries /liliOversee fixed asset accounting and related depreciation schedules /liliSupport group consolidation processes /liliAct as a key interface with internal and external auditors /liliCollaborate consistently with local and international Finance functions (FPA, Treasury, Tax) /liliSupport in the preparation of the annual financial statements and adjusting entries /liliCalculation of direct taxes and deferred taxation in accordance with national accounting standards /liliSupervision of ordinary and extraordinary tax obligations (VAT, corporate income taxes, withholding taxes, CU, 770, etc.) /liliOngoing updates on tax and accounting regulations /liliPreparation of Transfer Price Document /li /ulh3REQUIREMENTS /h3ulliDegree in Economics, Business Administration /liliProven experience in similar roles, preferably in structured companies or professional firms /liliIn-depth knowledge of Italian tax regulations (VAT, IRES, IRAP, withholding taxes, etc.) /liliExperience in preparing financial statements and managing tax compliance /liliProficiency in accounting software (SAP), Excel and Microsoft Office Suite /liliAccuracy and reliability in handling sensitive data and deadlines /liliAnalytical thinking and attention to detail /liliProblem-solving and decision-making autonomy /liliEffective communication, including with non-technical stakeholders /li /ulpCandidates are invited to read the privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation n.
