HR Generalist
for our HQ in Milan (MI).
Posizione:
S/he will join Sergio Rossi Corporate HR Department based in Milan to support the following HR activities or projects:
Manage HR administration, including contracts, employee records, HR database updates, and filing.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection, checklists, and internal follow-up.
Support recruitment for retail roles, especially France retail positions.
Assist with basic HR operational tasks, such as probation follow-up, attendance/leave tracking support, employee data updates, and document preparation.
Support ad hoc HR tasks, internal coordination,



and HR project follow-up as needed.
Requisiti:
Bachelor's degree in HR and/or equivalent Master
Excellent command of the Italian and English languages, good knowledge of French will be a plus
Good knowledge of all MS Office tools, in particular Excel and Power Point
Strong relational skills, proactiveness and passion for business
Confidentiality, flexibility, attention to details, multi-cultural approach
Interest in luxury goods industry and passion for the Brand

Annual Gross Salary : between 25k and 30k€
One-year fixed-term contract
