ph3Job Purpose / Overview /h3 pThe person in this position is responsible for the development, deployment and coordination of trade marketing activities within the VET channel according to the annual execution plan.
The Trade Marketeer will be in close contact with the clinics floor and proactively drive business and category growth at our customers in VET, deploying activation toolkits from the region.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlanning, execution and evaluation of trade marketing activities related to the Healthy Pets portfolio in clinics aiming to drive recommendation.
/li liLead for obtaining approval on activations through the SOP+ cycle, including ROI calculation and evaluation.
/li liPlan and manage ordering, development and production of communication/promotional materials based on key visuals developed by the Regional team.
/li liProvide sales teams with selling tools to deliver a perfect execution in clinic.
/li liEvaluate materials in clinics and continuously drive best?in?class, innovative materials to support recommendation and conversion of our brand.
/li liSupport the deployment of Sick Pets portfolio activation in clinics.
/li liCoordinate the annual Vet Events Plan for the market, driving brand/portfolio execution in National Events and acting as the point of reference for Royal Canin promoted events; monitor event results according to quantitative and qualitative KPIs.
/li liOwn the VET Merchandising Program execution in the market.
/li liGrant VET premia and manage material ordering from suppliers to ensure timely delivery to sales reps/customers.
/li liCoordinate the Pet Professional budget monitoring for the market, ensuring proper allocation, forecasting and risk/opportunity raising.




/li liManage customers' commercial communications.
/li liShare best practice across Cluster.
/li /ul h3Context Scope /h3 ul liOwn development, execution and evaluation of VET B2C / B2B activities on the Healthy Pets portfolio, in alignment with the market MSD team.
/li liSupport the Trade Marketing VET Webshop Activation Specialist in the deployment of Sick Pets activations in clinic.
/li liEngage sales teams with activity plans to drive field excellence in execution.
/li liCoordinate Sales Health Affairs teams in the creation and execution of the annual events plan.
/li liWork closely with the Perfect Clinic Manager to drive best brand permanent visibility in clinics.
