/pp We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our Logistics team.
In this role, you will coordinate end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient deliveries, accurate documentation, and seamless collaboration with internal teams, customers, and logistics partners.
/pp What You'll Do /pp As a Logistics Specialist, you will work closely with the Sales Team, Sales Support Team and other Functional departments and support the logistics process across Italy.
Your main responsibilities will include: /pulli Coordinating domestic and international shipments from order to delivery.
/lili Managing logistics documentation, shipping records, and inventory reporting.
/lili Preparing logistics quotations and supporting Sales with project logistics planning.
/lili Monitoring delivery schedules, tracking shipments, and communicating ETAs to customers.
/lili Coordinating with freight forwarders, warehouses, HQ, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
/lili Supporting contract reviews and providing logistics solutions for customer projects.
/lili Maintaining ERP and supply chain systems while ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.




/lili Collaborating with Sales, Sales Support, and Logistics teams to resolve operational issues and continuously improve logistics processes.
/li /ulp What We're Looking For /pulli Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, International Relations, or a related field.
/lili Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain within an international company.
/lili At least 2 years of experience managing inland transportation in Italy and Europe.
/lili Strong knowledge of Incoterms, transportation modes, customs procedures, EU VAT regulations, and supply chain principles.
/lili Experience with ERP systems, reporting, and logistics documentation.
/lili Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
/lili Proficient in English and Italian; Spanish, Chinese, or Portuguese are an advantage.
/lili Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
