Qualify and close new business opportunities to fuel regional growth
Understand prospect needs and articulate Docebo value with impact
Guide prospects through technical scenarios (SSO, APIs, AWS hosting) and simplify complexity




Collaborate with Sales Development and Marketing to optimize lead qualification
Develop robust, trust?based relationships with key clients for expansion opportunities
Manage the pipeline in CRM and leverage data?driven insights for decisions
Operate with agility in a fast?paced, high?growth environment
Qualifications
7+ years of SaaS sales in a revenue?focused role
Fluent in English and Italian; Spanish a plus
Comfort with technical deep dives (integrations, security, cloud infra)
Strong drive to exceed revenue targets
Trusted advisor with internal collaboration and executive influence
Data?driven decision maker leveraging research and databases
Proactive problem solver with organizational and adaptability skills
