Report to the Director of Sales and Director of Travel Industry Sales. Promote and sell transient segments in the Europe, Russia and CIS markets, generate hotel/resort awareness through direct phone sales, direct sales calls, fam trips and tradeshows. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLiaise and strengthen relationships with main accounts to drive business and increase market share. /li liUtilise various prospecting resources to solicit and secure new business on behalf of the hotel. /li liUse company‑wide programmes, sales developments, prospecting projects, worldwide sales office customer events and reporting for business development. /li liFollow up on all business inquiries and qualify business to generate transient room nights and associated revenue to impact RevPAR performance. /li liCreate and execute account plans for assigned market territory to ensure maximum revenue and budgeted targets are achieved. /li liAchieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and direct sales goals including outside sales calls in the assigned territories, frequent visits to the properties, prospecting calls, site inspections and fam trips. /li liMaintain thorough and complete product knowledge of FS hotel properties and in-depth understanding of competition set’s features, advantages and benefits. /li liPerform customer site inspections.
