The ideal candidate has a strong attitude for customer care, fluent in languages, empathetic by nature, fashion and international luxury brands enthusiast with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

/pp• Customer relations with Italian and international customers through phone/chat/e-mail /pp• E-commerce and after-sales support: assisting customers in their online purchases /pp Contract: /pp Full time 8 hours a day (40 hours a week) on shifts 5 days a week /pp RAL: *****K /pp Qualifications: /pp• Degree and/or experience in e-commerce Customer Care Fashion and Luxury.
/pp• Good knowledge of the main IT tools and specifically of Microsoft Office applications.
