/li /ul h3Position Summary /h3 pAs HR Business Partner for the manufacturing plant, you will play a key role in supporting the start-up and growth of a new production site.
During the initial phase, you will lead recruitment activities and workforce planning, ensuring the attraction, selection and onboarding of the talent required to support the plant's ramp-up.
/p pAs the organization grows,
you will become the main HR reference point for the site, managing the full employee lifecycle and partnering with the Plant Leadership Team to drive people strategies, organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
You will also be responsible for fostering constructive employee and industrial relations, acting as a trusted partner for managers, employees and trade union representatives.
/p h3A day in the life of a HR Business Partner: /h3 ul liLead recruitment and workforce planning activities to support the start-up and expansion of the manufacturing plant.
/li liPartner with business leaders to implement people initiatives aligned with operational and organizational priorities.
/li liManage core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, talent development, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
/li liSupport managers in building high-performing teams, developing leadership capabilities and managing change.
/li liEnsure compliance with labour legislation, company policies and collective agreements.
/li liBuild and maintain positive employee relations, managing day-to-day people matters and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
/li liAct as the key HR contact for industrial relations activities, fostering constructive relationships with employee representatives and trade unions.

/h3 ul liPrevious experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role within a manufacturing, industrial or operations environment.
/li liProven experience in recruitment and workforce planning, ideally supporting business growth or plant start-up projects.
/li liSolid knowledge of HR processes, labour law and employee relations.
/li liExperience in managing or supporting industrial relations and interactions with trade unions.
/li liStrong stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills.
/li liAbility to balance operational priorities with strategic HR initiatives in a dynamic environment.
