We are looking for a Test Engineer to join our Engineering team and support the development, validation, and certification of industrial diesel engines and emission aftertreatment systems. About the Role Key Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and execute engine and ATS development and validation testing. * Analyze test data, identify issues, and drive corrective actions. * Manage test plans, technical reports, and project milestones. * Support emissions, durability, reliability, and regulatory compliance activities (EPA, Stage V, etc.). * Coordinate testing activities with internal teams, suppliers, and external laboratories. * Support new product launches and continuous product improvement initiatives. Qualifications * Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or equivalent. Required Skills * Knowledge of diesel combustion, emissions, ATS systems, data acquisition, and calibration tools (AVL, ETAS).



* Strong data analysis skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Experience with project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, ClickUp, or similar. * 3-5 years of experience in diesel engine testing and development. Preferred Skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. * Effective communication and collaboration in an international environment. * Results-oriented mindset, technical ownership, and continuous improvement attitude. Pay range and compensation package Competitive compensation package. Salary range: €45,000 - €70,000 gross annual salary, based on experience and qualifications.
