Today, Lexroom is a trusted partner, shaping the evolution of legal AI with the same rigor and precision that define our product. /p h3Role Overview /h3 pJoin us as Customer Success Manager to build Lexroom's Spanish customer base from the ground up. You will be the first dedicated CS hire for the Spanish market, owning the full portfolio of Spanish customers end to end. You report to Alice Lusvarghi and work alongside the team that built our most developed market, Italy. The product already won in Italy. Spain is next, and you own it. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn the full Spanish customer portfolio from handover to renewal, focusing on retention and growth through proactive upsell and uplift. /li liRun a proactive, commercial CS motion—initiate contact, spot opportunities in every conversation, and close deals. /li liServe as the single point of contact for Spanish customers, from onboarding and product expertise to support requests, gathering feedback and feeding it back to Product and Marketing. /li liAdapt the Italian playbook to Spain, importing what works and localizing it for the Spanish market. /li liOwn your numbers:
build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and report on the health and growth of your portfolio. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li2 to 4 years in Customer Success or account management, ideally at a SaaS, tech, or software company. Exposure to legal or professional‑services customers is a plus. /li liA commercial mindset—view every customer touch as a chance to add value and expand the account. Direct sales experience is a plus. /li liCRM fluency—experience managing a portfolio in a CRM; HubSpot experience is a plus. /li liComfort building in a fast‑moving market and staying hands‑on, including operational support, while the market scales. /li liLanguages: native‑level Spanish and fluent English are required.
