At Fedrigoni, we are looking for a Cyber Security leader to drive and coordinate advanced cybersecurity initiatives across the Group. Responsibilities * Support the IT Security Manager in developing an effective Cyber Security program. * Drive high?priority Cyber Security (IT and OT) projects to successful delivery, ensuring coordination with the IT team, other functional areas, and suppliers. * Design and implement secure architectures and controls for on?premises and cloud environments. * Assess the security of systems, applications and third parties to identify potential risks. * Create and deliver security reports to management with key performance indicators and key risk indicators. * Collaborate with IT and Business teams to embed security by design in new projects. * Effectively communicate security risks and recommendations to stakeholders. * Foster a culture of security awareness and responsibility across the organization. * Develop and maintain policies and procedures. Qualifications * Master or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or related field.



* At least 4 years of relevant experience in Cyber Security, preferably in international environments or consulting. * Strong time?management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders. * Experience with security?by?design methodologies, security architectures and cloud environments (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). * Experience with security frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST SP ******, ISO*****, ISO***** and risk management. * Familiarity with security tools and technologies: NGFW, IDS/IPS, WAF, Web Content Filters, Anti?SPAM, AV/XDR, SIEM. * Enthusiasm for staying current with the latest Cyber Security trends and best practices. * Relevant professional certifications (ISO*****, ISO*****, CISSP, CISM) are a plus. * Fluent in Italian and English.
