Trade Force Plumbing And Excavations – Lara VIC
As our Senior Plumbing & Building Estimator, you will play a key role across both Amelia Homes & Developments and Trade Force Plumbing & Excavations.
This is a hands-on, office-based role where you will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates and quotations for residential building and plumbing projects from concept through to construction.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing detailed building and plumbing estimates from architectural and engineering plans.
Completing accurate quantity take-offs and material take-offs.
Requesting and comparing supplier and subcontractor quotations.
Preparing tender submissions, budgets and client quotations.
Reviewing plans, specifications and engineering documents.
Identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and compliance.
Working closely with our directors, project managers and site supervisors throughout the estimating process.




Assisting with procurement, scheduling and project handovers where required.
Maintaining supplier relationships and negotiating pricing.
Ensuring all estimates are accurate, profitable and completed within required timeframes.
This position supports both businesses, giving you the opportunity to work on a diverse range of residential projects, including custom homes, multi-unit developments, plumbing, drainage, civil works and excavation projects.
We are looking for a motivated, experienced estimator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in delivering accurate and profitable estimates.
This is a full-time, in-house position based at our Lara office. Remote or work-from-home arrangements are not available.
