About The Role
As an Italian-speaking Customer Experience Specialist, you will play an important role in helping customers and ensuring they receive professional and friendly support.

Responsibilities

Supporting Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat

Understanding customer requests and providing effective solutions

Creating positive customer experiences through every interaction

Using company systems and tools to manage requests accurately





Collaborating with colleagues from different backgrounds in an international environment

Requirements

Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2 level)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused approach and problem-solving mindset

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to adapt to a new culture and working environment

Willingness to relocate to Greece

Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but not required

Full training will be provided
