You work across fundraising, legal, and project management to ensure compliant proposal development and robust consortium agreements.

/ph3Retribuzione / Benefits /h3ulliSupport proposal prep and submission in line with funder rules and internal procedures /liliCoordinate with FR, Legal, PIs, PMs and internal units during proposal development /liliDraft and review pre-award documents (letters of intent, eligibility checks, due diligence questionnaires) /liliCoordinate with Legal Contract Advisory to draft NDAs, MOUs, and other pre-contract instruments /liliShape consortium governance and anticipate negotiation issues with the FR team /liliDefine non-negotiables on IPR, liability, confidentiality, and governance in collaboration with Legal /liliCreate and maintain a FR knowledge base with model clauses and guidelines /liliLead preparation and negotiation of Consortium Agreements for Horizon Europe, using DESCA and standard clauses /liliManage negotiation on IPR (background/foreground, exploitation rights, access rights) and coordinate with partners /liliCoordinate with partners and internal units to finalise consortium agreements and obtain signatures /liliPerform legal due diligence, identify legal risks,



and communicate clearly to stakeholders /liliMaintain repository of signed CAs and negotiation templates /liliEnsure structured post-award handoff to PM with contractual framework and outstanding issues /liliContribute to FR process improvement and cross-functional issue resolution /liliProvide training on contractual and procedural matters to FR team /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulliMaster Degree in Law, European Studies, International Relations or related field /liliMinimum 3 years of grant and contract management experience in a research setting /liliProven Horizon Europe (or FP7/H****) experience and familiarity with DESCA and MGA /liliExcellent English skills; Italian for internal coordination /liliStrong analytical, drafting, and due diligence capabilities /liliExperience coordinating multi-partner consortia and complex negotiations /liliIPR expertise in research contexts; familiarity with background/foreground IP and exploitation /liliKnowledge of EU funding tools (Funding Tenders Portal, SYGMA) and data management/open data obligations /liliAbility to read contractual texts in English and Italian /liliExperience liaising with legal/administrative offices in international settings /liliKnowledge of EU, Italian MUR and other major funding programmes /liliStrong interpersonal, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills /liliAbility to manage parallel processes with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment /liliFamiliarity with AI tools and willingness to develop AI-assisted workflows /li /ulh3Requisiti fondamentali /h3ulliflexible working arrangements /lilicareer development and training in research funding /liliinternational work environment /liliimmigration support if needed /lilicompetitive compensation within 35,******,000 EUR range /liliwelfare package of 2,000 EUR per year /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
