In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth sales operations by coordinating administrative processes, customer support, documentation, and internal communication.
/pp What You'll Do /pp As a Sales Support Specialist, you will work closely with the Sales Team, Sales Support Team and other functional departments to support throughout the entire sales process.
Your main responsibilities will include: /pulli Supporting daily sales administration and coordinating internal communication.
/lili Managing customer inquiries, quotations, contracts, and order documentation.
/lili Preparing, reviewing, and tracking shipping and commercial documents.
/lili Maintaining CRM and SAP systems, managing leads, and monitoring sales opportunities.
/lili Following up on customer payments, deliveries, and contract execution.
/lili Coordinating with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure efficient order processing.
/lili Preparing reports, forecasts,



and sales analysis to support business decisions.
/lili Assisting customers with pre-sales and after-sales inquiries while providing excellent customer service.
/li /ulp What We're Looking For /pulli Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
/lili Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Support, Administration, or a similar role.
/lili Experience in finance-related administrative processes and reporting.
/lili Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
/lili Customer-oriented with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
/lili Experience working with CRM systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
/lili Fluent in English; native proficiency in the local language is required.
/lili Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment and manage multiple priorities.
