Objectives of the role: Welcome every customer and guide them in realizing their projects, offering support and advice on purchases.
Listen to customer needs to identify the most suitable solutions, enhancing the products and services in your department.
Contribute to the care and organization of the department, ensuring an orderly, safe, and welcoming environment.
Work as a team to offer a simple, effective, and satisfying shopping experience.

For this position, an annual gross salary range between €23,300 and €30,000 is expected for full-time employment.
For tempo parziale contracts, the remuneration will be proportional to the contractually agreed hours.
The economic proposal will be commensurate with experience, skills, and professional background, in compliance with the classification provided for the role.
The Ideal Profile: Diploma and/or Degree.
You are results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.
You have experience in sales and/or customer assistance.
