Purpose and main priorities of the role: You will join our Group Controlling Develop financial models and analyze them to reinforce a data-driven decision making; Prepare and keep updated 5 years Strategic Plan,



Budget and periodic Forecasts at a Group level; Interact with other functions within the Group and external consultants to collect inputs for budgeting and strategic planning; Work in close collaboration with the Group Controlling team to help deploying strategic initiatives and special projects that impact the entire organization; Provide best-in-class insights that contribute to the formulation of the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan.
The attitude and the skills we are looking for : Master's Degree in Finance/Economics/Management Engineering or equivalent; 3-5 years' experience in a top leading Consulting firm, Private Equity, M Advanced financial modelling skills; Deep understanding of P Analytical thinker, with a strong attention to details and a significant ability to manage large amounts of data and complex files; Business acumen: capability to read and understand information, data, and trends to facilitate decision making process; Ability to work under pressure and with very tight deadlines; Previous experience with PowerBI and Tagetik would be considered a plus; Italian and English proficiency, both spoken and written.
