-- Junior Consultant | Digital Finance Design the Target Operating Model (TOM) using AI-assisted insights to optimize workflows, reduce manual tasks, and improve decision support; Redefine performance management strategies, supporting CFOs in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, utilizing AI to enhance requirement analysis, drive innovative solution design, and enable predictive and scenario-based analytics; Support reporting and data visualization, creating dashboards and insights using AI to identify anomalies, uncover trends and key insights, and build intelligent, action-oriented dashboards that support decision-making; Collaborate with clients to implement and integrate EPM systems using AI-enabled modules to enhance planning, forecasting, and reporting, while assessing automation impacts and benefits through business cases and feasibility studies; Define the organizational structure, competencies, resources, training plans, operating logic, and timelines for finance digital transformation initiatives.

The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including educational qualifications and an assessment of the candidate's profile against the requirements of the role.
