Experteer Overview
You will own and grow strategic OEM accounts in Italy, leveraging Angst+Pfister's engineering capabilities to win multi?year projects.
You'll develop a strong pipeline, pursue new high?potential opportunities, and align sealing solutions with customer needs.
In this role you will collaborate across engineering and management to deliver tailored, high?impact solutions.
This is a high?visibility, growth?focused role with direct influence on our Italian market expansion.

Responsabilità
Master's degree in Business with a technical focus and/or Master's degree in Engineering
Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience with a track record of growth and complex projects
Strong technical expertise in sealing technologies and proven profitable growth in Italy
Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders (engineering, purchasing, management)
Proven ability to build trust, negotiate at senior level, and win complex, solution?driven business
Entrepreneurial mindset, results?driven, accountable
Proficiency in Italian and fluent in English
