Job Description
Drive international growth in a fast-growing software company
Lead a Software Company's scale-up journey along side the Founder
Guide the go-to-market strategy for the internationalisation of the product.
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise performance.
Collaborate with the Founder to support strategic initiatives.
Define and monitor key performance indicators and ensure targets are met.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across departments.
Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Lead and mentor teams to foster a high-performance culture.
The Successful Applicant
Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans aimed to the internationalisation of the product.




Proven expertise in operational management within the software / technology industry.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory and industry standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
