OES CUSTOMER CONTACT (m/f/d)
We are looking for a new colleague in the OES (Original Equipment Services) department at our location in Assago (MI) - Italy
Your tasks as OES customer contact:
Be the first contact for customer's needs and problem resolution
Order entry/EDI follow-up
Prices database maintenance
Payment reporting
Management of customer data at SAP
Your profile
as OES customer contact:
Technical diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in sales environment, like customer service or sales support
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving attitude, positive dynamism and commercial mindset
Demonstrated negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach
Native Italian, fluent in English; additional languages like German will be considered as a plus
Good team spirit and interpersonal skills
SAP basic knowledge, good knowledge in Office 365

The expected salary level for the position is 2^ according to the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for employees of companies in the Tertiary, Distribution, and Services sectors, with a starting salary of ******; the compensation package will be based on the provisions of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement. Actual salary will be determined based on qualifications, competencies, experience and market conditions.
