p Mission p As a Private Clients Relations Manager, you will be responsible for the development and recruitment of the high-end clientele by establishing a VIC network and culture across the European stores network.
/pp Your main objective will be to maximize the profits related to the elite segment.
/pp To accomplish your mission, you will act as a link among the stores and the Client Development to promote clienteling initiatives and projects at the highest standards and compliant with the FENDI identity and DNA.
/pp Main Responsibilities /pulli Lead and monitor all clienteling activities in the European flagship stores and across the Regional Stores Network, according to the Corporate guidelines.
/lili Analyze and work on CRM database to promote clienteling activities and actions at European level.
/lili Organize and optimize Fur Trunk Shows both in Store and in special locations.
/lili Manage all clienteling actions around fashion shows according to Corporate guidelines.




/lili Propose, create, and implement special moments for VIC guests.
/lili Reinforce the Roman experience and tradition exploiting the project Rome is Fendi and Fendi is Rome.
/lili Review and monitor sales performance periodically and recommend/ implement sales strategies in agreement with Retail Directors.
/li /ulp Profile /pulli A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Luxury Retail Company.
/lili Experience and ability to be efficient whilst effective, in a fast paced, growing environment with frequent traveling.
/lili Proactive and empathic approach with attitude to teamwork.
/lili Commercial mindset and goal orientation with strong sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial skills.
/lili English mandatory, knowledge of additional languages is a plus /li /ul /p
