Job Duties and Responsibilities

Optimize mechanical equipment uptime above 95%

Reduce maintenance costs by 20% annually

Ensure full HSE compliance across all projects

Deliver engineering designs on time and budget

Mentor junior engineers to improve team capability

Qualifications
Required Qualifications





Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

Professional Engineering license (PE or equivalent)

Experience with rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines)

Knowledge of Italian and EU safety regulations

10 years of experience

CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)

FEA and simulation tools (ANSYS, Abaqus)

Rotating equipment design and maintenance

Project management (PMP or equivalent)

HSE and risk assessment

Problem‑solving and analytical thinking

Cross‑functional team collaboration

Communication and technical reporting
