/li /ul h3Position Summary /h3 pLead the construction and Industrial services scope execution and coordinate contribution of all stakeholders (from project brief until agreed sustained performance is achieved) by managing a cross-functional team whose objective is to oversee the capital investments relating to the company's fixed assets.
This could involve the relocation and optimising of the existing fixed asset base and/or the purchase of new fixed assets.
It must extend from the initial conceptual studies through to project closeout.br/Responsible for ensuring smooth start up of all industrial services to ensure optimal generation and distribution of utilities for the factory operation.
i.e. electricity, steam, refrigeration,
water and effluent treatment, hygienic air handling and compressed air.br/Responsible for delivering New/extension/modification of Buildings in compliance with local regulation and Nestlé people safety and hygienic standard.
/p h3A Day in the Life of a Construction and Industrial Services - Project Engineering Manager: /h3 ul liOrganize project execution and manage budget above 20 MCHF.
/li liManage third parties such as General contractor, technical client, system integrator according to regulation, standards and norms.
/li liProper management of project documentation (Technical instruction/ SOP...) / digitalization per group standard.
/li liBe responsible for issuing the Project specific User Requirement specification (URS) integrating Standard URS from TAP/Utility Corporate functions.
/li liCoordinate third party contractor tender work allocation.
Achievement of FAT, SAT, commissioning and close Snag list.
/li liControl the project communication (especially for environmental aspect with local authorities) /li liEnsure consistency between progress report execution, control and validate deviation Variable Orders.
/li /ul h3What will make you successful?
/h3 ul liExperience in construction (civil) and industrial Services engineering discipline, preferably in food related manufacturing environment (min 10 years) /li liExperience operating or supervising others who operate Industrial services systems /li liManufacturing projects management ("making it happen"): 5 years' experience in a international project environment context within which, projects were defined and budgeted,
assessed and implemented (entire project lifecycle) with PMI certification /li liCapital Investment projects management with experience of managing project with success around 15 MCHF.
/li liDetermination of methods to minimize the likelihood of injuries or damages to people and/or equipment (Health, Safety Environment).
