-- Deal Advisory M Corporate restructuring; Analyses of the treatment of extraordinary transactions according to national accounting standards (OIC) and international ones (IAS/IFRS); National and International tax opinions; Applications for tax rulings; Preparation of corporate income tax returns (Modello Unico and Modello IRAP).
You will be involved in national and international projects , working alongside highly qualified professionals and acquiring top-level skills through interaction with the brightest minds in the field.
Come As You Are - Your skills and characteristics This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have: 0-3 years of professional experience at International Law Firms, the Big Four and/or Advisory Firms; A master's degree in Economics (LM-77 or LM-56) or Law (LMG-01), with a final grade of at least *******; The intention to pursue the professional practice as a Chartered Accountant o r Lawyer ; A good knowledge of Microsoft Office , especially Excel and PowerPoint; *Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills .
