Mission and key priorities of the role: Based in Fabriano, you will join the Supply Chain team to support all the stages of planning for the Fabriano business: from supporting order management to the delivery to the final customer, passing through production planning.
You will be playing a pivotal role in ensuring right service to our customers and, at the same time, production facilities efficiency.
You will grant support in executing planning improvement projects, partnering with sales, marketing, customer service and logistic teams across Italy/Europe, gradually taking direct lead of specific projects sub streams or activities.




Your main responsibilities will include: Generate balanced production plans to meet service, production efficiency and finished products stock cover targets, while complying to defined planning rules and standards.
Manage customer orders by confirming delivery times.
Coordinate and manage key stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, R coordinating activities with other functions and stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, logistic, customer service.
Adopt a continuous improvement approach and mindset, aimed at identifying wastes and inefficiencies and fix them at roots.
Who are we looking for: You have 4-5 years' experience in Supply Chain (preferably within B2C business), with at least 2-3 years' experience of complex production lines planning You have a strong understanding of planning, inventory management, MRP principles, S You have an analytical mindset and you are crazily precise when it comes to process planning data and information.
You covered previous roles in Planning, ideally with experience with structured planning platforms/systems.
You strive for generating improvements in what you handle, addressing the roots of problems and wastes.
You are fluent in Italian and English.
