Principle Accountabilities Manage, maintain and enhance Salesforce CRM and BI systems, collaborating with offshore technical teams Ensure data integrity through effective data mining, maintaining accuracy and consistency across systems Lead UAT testing, support release cycles and drive continuous system improvements Configure Salesforce, including data mapping, workflow design and sales process optimisation Produce and maintain user documentation, training materials and provide ongoing user support Develop and deliver reports, dashboards and KPI analysis, including ad hoc performance insights for Trade
