Join Eaton as Product Manager for Emergency Lighting.
You will own the Life Safety portfolio, shaping global product strategy and lifecycle from ideation to obsolescence.
You'll work cross-functionally to align with business goals, drive NPIs through PROLaunch, and influence pricing, sustainability, and customer support.
You'll analyze market trends, VOC, and competitive benchmarks to sustain growth and performance.
This role offers impact across markets and a chance to advance Eaton's leadership in power management.
Retribuzione / Benefits
Define and execute global strategic direction for the Life Safety portfolio
Manage full product lifecycle from development to obsolescence and aftermarket
Drive NPIs via Eaton's PROLaunch process with Project Managers
Support and validate sales strategies for NPIs across countries
Train and develop stakeholders internally and with external customers/partners
Conduct periodic VOC to identify market trends and user experience




Monitor competition and technology and benchmark against new offerings
Collaborate with certification teams to anticipate product standards
Support sales for project-specific requests
Responsabilità
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Eng.
or equivalent
Comprehensive experience in a similar role
Experience in commercial and/or project management (preferred)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills and business acumen
Intercultural awareness (customer and business relations)
Digital mindset
English – business level
