/ppIt is looking for a finance professional to act as a team member in negotiating and finalising the following: /ppEquity finance, mezzanine finance, convertible debt, subordinated debt, bridge finance, and senior debt.
/ppThe company has already identified potential entities in Italy for each of the above finance categories.
/ppHowever the candidate also must have his own relationships within some or all categories listed above.
/ppThe person must be strong absolutely fluent /strongin English and possess a financial background, with at least 10 years of experience in either corporate finance or corporate banking.
