Entrerai a far parte di un team che supporta la compliance tecnica e regolatoria del sito, collaborando con funzioni Engineering, Quality, EHS e Operations per garantire processi sicuri, affidabili e conformi agli standard aziendali e normativi.
Principali Responsabilità L'Engineering Compliance Expert: Supporta le attività di training e gestione della documentazione (procedure operative) del dipartimento Engineering.
Supporta le attività di Engineering Compliance assegnate dal proprio Manager per garantire la compliance del Site Engineering.
Promuove l'identificazione e l'implementazione delle best practice e delle attività di continuous improvement all'interno dell'organizzazione.
Monitora i KPI del dipartimento Engineering, segnalando criticità e opportunità di miglioramento.
Propone e implementa soluzioni innovative per migliorare l'efficienza, la qualità dei processi e la gestione documentale.
Garantisce il rispetto delle procedure HSE e delle normative di sicurezza applicabili.
Coordina attività e progetti di miglioramento continuo e Change Request correlate.
Supporta l'allineamento ai requisiti cGMP,



Farmacopea e linee guida applicabili.
Supporta la preparazione e la gestione di audit interni, audit esterni e ispezioni regolatorie.
Collabora con i team Engineering e Operations per promuovere una corretta applicazione delle Good Documentation Practices.
