Human Resources Business Partner br5 days per week on site brWe're partnering with a fast-paced international organisation to appoint an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support a commercially driven, sales-led business across Southern Europe.
brThis is a highly visible, fully on-site business partnering role where you'll work directly with senior commercial leaders, helping them build high-performing teams, navigate organisational change and drive business growth.
Success in this role requires someone who understands the pace, pressure and commercial demands of a sales organisation and can confidently influence leaders across multiple countries.
brPartnering with Sales and Commercial leadership, you'll be responsible for delivering proactive HR support across Spain, Italy and Portugal.
brPartner with senior commercial leaders to develop and deliver people strategies aligned to ambitious business growth plans.
brCoach managers on performance management, leadership capability, employee relations and talent development.
brDrive workforce planning, succession planning and talent reviews within commercial teams.
brWork closely with Talent Acquisition to support hiring and organisational growth.
brAnalyse people data and business trends to provide commercially focused HR insights.
brEnsure compliance with local employment legislation across Spain, Italy and Portugal while maintaining alignment with global HR policies.
brCollaborate with Centres of Excellence including Reward, Talent, Learning Development and HR Operations.
brMaintain a strong, visible presence within the Valencia office,
working on site five days per week.
brWe're looking for a commercially minded HR Business Partner who enjoys working at pace and influencing senior stakeholders within a performance-driven environment.
brSignificant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting a sales-led or customer-facing organisation.
brProven experience partnering with Commercial, Sales or Revenue leaders, with a strong understanding of how people strategies enable business performance.
brExperience providing HR support across Spain, Italy and Portugal is essential.
brStrong working knowledge of Spanish employment law, with exposure to Italian and Portuguese employment practices highly desirable.
brExperience supporting organisational growth, transformation and change.
brExcellent stakeholder management and coaching skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders.
brStrong analytical capability, using people data to drive business decisions.
brFluent English is essential, with Spanish required.
Italian and/or Portuguese language skills would be advantageous.
brAbility and willingness to work five days per week on site in Valencia.
