/pulli Gather and analyze the needs from Business Managers /lili Define your sourcing strategy by identifying the most suitable channels (job boards, professional social networks etc) /lili Write and publish job offers Carry out phone screening interviews and physical interviews while ensuring a qualitative candidate experience /lili Reporting your interviews to the Business Managers /lili Ensure the progress of the recruitment process by collaborating with Business Managers until its completion /lili Take care of the integration of new collaborators through our internal onboarding process /lili Participate in the development of partnerships with our target engineering schools (forums, presentations) /lili Organize recruitment afterworks with the entire recruitment department /lili Increase the visibility of Abylsen's employer brand : communication on LinkedIn and other professional social networks Embody Abylsen's values to all stakeholders (candidates, consultants, external organizations) /li /ulp Who are you?
/pp You have a 5-year higher education qualification (Business, Human Resources etc.) and minimum 6 months/1 year experience in Recruitment ideally in a consulting company for Engineering, ICT, Lifesciences profiles.
