The Brand Insights Manager has the mission to deliver insightful data to our high?service customers via the Launchmetrics products and services. Combining advanced industry knowledge (Fashion, Lifestyle & Beauty) with data, this role builds and owns customer relationships, acting as a trusted partner to provide data?driven recommendations and support their marketing and communication strategy. What You'll Do * Understand customers' marketing and communication goals to scope their needs and priorities in terms of strategy and measurement. * Be accountable for the customer portfolio, report on account health, and join regular account reviews to ensure clear communication around priorities, reporting, and renewal opportunities. * Maintain client contacts, documentation, reviews, and reports in Salesforce, ensuring they stay up?to?date. * Deliver customers' reports and analysis on time, manage training, and proactively communicate product improvements and data updates. * Collect customer needs and share feedback on new KPIs and measurement analyses, piloting new developments alongside customers. * Identify upsell and cross?sell opportunities, nurture them through handover to the sales team, and support pre?sales as a data and consulting expert. * Act as an expert on platform functions and data,



becoming a strategic advisor to clients to drive value and ROI, connecting goals to outcomes. * Identify trends and patterns in datasets to build detailed and insightful reports, using quantitative and qualitative analyses to make recommendations. * Present actionable reports to customers, acting as a thought leader to advise on brand performance. * Be an evangelist of Launchmetrics' unique measurement methodology. About You * Minimum 5 years of experience with data analytics and management. * Intermediate Excel skills and a passion for analysis and data?driven insights. * Confidence in leading presentations through storytelling to customers across multiple organizational levels. * Ability to engage a wide variety of team members at different levels. * Strong relationship?building and influencing skills. * Adaptability to complex and changing environments. * Strong project management skills. * Understanding of customers' business challenges and needs. * Innate curiosity and enthusiasm for innovative approaches. * Constructive problem?solving and swift decision?making. * Perceptive and sensitive to others' needs and motivations.
