p Job Description p BESS Delivery Service Manager / Engineer – CI Projects /pp Position Overview /pp The BESS Delivery Service Manager / Engineer (CI) is responsible for the successful delivery, commissioning, and lifecycle support of Commercial Industrial Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects after the project is secured by the sales and presales teams.
/pp This role takes full ownership of the project from contract handover through installation, commissioning, and after-sales service, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and according to technical specifications.

Project Handover Planning /pulli Take over BESS projects from the sales and presales teams after contract signing.
/lili Review technical proposals, system configurations, and commercial scope.
/lili Develop project execution plans including timelines, resource planning, and site coordination.
/lili Confirm system design and project requirements with internal teams and customers.

Project Delivery Implementation /pulli Manage the end-to-end delivery of CI BESS projects.
/lili Coordinate with EPC partners, installers, and subcontractors for system installation.
/lili Ensure project milestones are achieved according to schedule and budget.
/lili Monitor site work and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
/lili Manage equipment logistics, delivery, and installation activities.

Commissioning System Integration /pulli Lead or support BESS commissioning activities, including:



/lili System functional testing /lili EMS / PCS / BMS integration /lili Grid connection and verification /lili Work with engineering teams to resolve technical issues during commissioning.
/lili Ensure the system operates according to performance specifications.

Customer Support After-Sales Service /pulli Provide technical support and service coordination after project commissioning.
/lili Manage maintenance schedules and service activities.
/lili Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with OEMs or suppliers if needed.
/lili Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Documentation Reporting /pulli Prepare project documentation including: /lili Commissioning reports /lili As-built documentation /lili Operation and maintenance manuals /lili Track project progress and provide regular internal updates.
/li /ulp Qualifications /pulli Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
/lili3–7 years of experience in renewable energy, BESS, solar + storage, or power systems.
/lili Experience in CI energy storage or distributed energy projects preferred.
/lili Understanding of BESS components including: /lili Battery systems /lili PCS / inverters /lili EMS / monitoring systems /lili Experience in project delivery or field engineering.
/li /ulp Skills /pulli Strong project coordination and communication skills /lili Problem-solving and troubleshooting capability /lili Familiarity with renewable energy systems /lili Ability to work with customers, EPCs, and suppliers /lili Willingness to travel to project sites when required /li /ul /p
