/pp The Role /pulli Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering an exceptional customer experience at all times /lili Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and clienteling initiatives /lili Support the management team in driving sales performance through effective use of KPIs and selling tools /lili Actively engage with customers via in-store styling, follow-up communication, and personalised service /lili Maintain high standards of store presentation, ensuring the space reflects the brand's image and values /lili Participate in daily operational routines including open/close checklists, back-of-house organisation, and Division of Responsibility (DOR) execution /lili Act as a key support for the Store Manager in coaching, motivating,
